Historic Village of Stroud has Silo Hill, an Historic site. Broadway St, Stroud unrestricted access down into one of the grain stores via a steel ladder, dated back to 1841 -10,000 bushels of grain could be stored in these bell shaped underground silos. Originally covered by two long roofs. Excellent views of the township of Stroud in all directions. Stroud and district historical society at the Stroud Court house can supply a full brochure of the Stroud heritage walk for a small charge.

Wootton railway walk. Historic railway Wootton has good access by road with five km. Of smooth dirt road to traverse. Excellent views of the surrounding rain forest and bush land. Dated back to 1890 its original use was as a logging railway used extensively to support logging in the region. |

Bulahdelah Court House open Saturday morning to the public, located at the top of the hill that overlooks the Myall River and surrounding valley. The Bulahdelah Mount. Park Alum. Mine, historic site in Bulahdelah State Forest. Good access to the mountain park by road and access up the steep dirt track to the mine only restricted by bad weather. Unrestricted views out through the trees of Bulahdelah and the Myall River Valley. Dated 1878 its original use was logging and mining. Alunite Mined from 1878 -19.27 and 1934 -1950. |

Nerong State Forest You can take a 20minute circular walk through historical Nerong Village, or a one-hour walk from Nerong Village to the Myall River. (Medium Grade Walk) Other walks can be taken.
